Robin, Nell and Nathan are perfectly suited to delivering a truly personal, bespoke service, with great attention to detail. Robin Woollas, Funeral Service Manager
Having been raised in Belton, Robin commenced his tenure with Carpenter Funeral Services in 2005, collaborating with Paul Carpenter. Beginning in an entry-level capacity, he has gained experience in all facets of the funeral industry, including fleet maintenance and preparation, as well as funeral arrangement and conduction. As a fully qualified Funeral Director with over 20 years of local experience, he is ideally positioned to lead the professional team at Carpenters Funeral Services, offering a personalized and dedicated approach to funeral directing for all families served. Robin’s guiding principle at Carpenters Funeral Service has consistently been, “To provide comfort and care in your time of need.”
Our Funeral Directors
Nathan Brown
Having been raised in Doncaster, Nathan commenced his career in bereavement services at Rosehill Hill crematorium in 2017, where he discovered his professional calling in assisting families during their time of need. This experience subsequently gave Nathan the motivation to pursue a career as a Funeral Director. Nathan attained his full qualification as a funeral director in 2020. In his personal time, he enjoys travel, exploring new destinations, walking, and spending time with family.
Nell Gill
Born and raised in Pontefract, Nell applied for a position at a Funeral Directors when she was 19. The advice from the funeral director at the time was “Live life and experience loss”, which happened to be a true statement. 20 years later, in 2003, she began her career in the funeral profession. Nell joined the team at Carpenters in 2012 and has a wealth of experience in looking after local families at their time of need.
In her spare time, Nell enjoys spending time with her family, (and her increasing number of Grandchildren), exploring old historical towns, good food and a book or two.
